Dependent Attribute Shows Internal Values In Change Order Screen Instead of Display Values When There are Three of More Levels of Dependent Value Sets ? (Doc ID 2313427.1)

Last updated on MARCH 02, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Product Hub - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.1.3 version, User Defined Attributes

Actual Behavior
In the change order screen, the dependent attribute field is showing an internal value instead of the display value.
The same configuration and value set works fine for multi row but for single row attribute.

Expected Behavior
In the change order screen, the dependent attribute field should show the display value.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create CO

2. Assign values to UDAs > Select value for UDA Attr1, Select dependent values for UDAs Attr2 - Dependent on Attr1, Attr3 - Dependent on Attr2

3. See that Attr3 shows internal values, instead of the user values once the CO is saved.
