Agent's Dashboard or the HTML Universal Work Queue have performance issues. It takes several minutes to open them

The HTML Universal Work Queue should not have any performance issues

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer Support Specialist
2. Either click on the Agent's Dashboard or the HTML Universal Work Queue.
  It takes 7 minutes to open the UWQ and 4 minutes to open the Agents Dashboard.
