Waybill Number at Shipping Transaction Form Need to Be Updated after Delivery Closed (Doc ID 2314234.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, All Shipping Reports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A Waybill number was incorrectly entered on the Shipping Transactions form prior to Ship Confirm. After the delivery had been shipped and closed, not able to update the Waybill number since the field is grayed out.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Need a fix to update the Waybill numbers so that they will reflect correctly on Shipping reports.
