Waybill Number at Shipping Transaction Form Need to Be Updated after Delivery Closed

On : 12.2.6 version, All Shipping Reports
A Waybill number was incorrectly entered on the Shipping Transactions form prior to Ship Confirm. After the delivery had been shipped and closed, not able to update the Waybill number since the field is grayed out.
Need a fix to update the Waybill numbers so that they will reflect correctly on Shipping reports.
