Approved Contractor Request From IProcurement Is Not Available in Requisition Summary Screen (Doc ID 2314318.1)

Goal

A contractor request has been created and approved in iProcurement.

When searching the requisition in Requisition Summary form in core Purchasing forms, it is not available
and the following error is presented:

However when querying in iProcurement Requisitions tab, the Contractor Request is able to be viewed.
