Unable to access Work Order in iSupplier Portal
Page is getting timed out while trying to access Work Orders page in iSupplier Portal. Getting error below after waiting for 6mins.
Page is taking too long to load and is getting timed out most of the times.
- Page: (Work Orders - /oracle/apps/wip/osp/webui/OSPSearchPG 120.3)
- User (KINAMPUDI1)
- Application (177 - POS - iSupplier Portal)
- Responsibility (23075 - ISUPPLIER_PORTAL_RESP - iSupplier Portal Full Access)
Time out error
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
iSupplier Portal --> Orders --> Work Orders
