Getting "ORA-12899" Error While Opening Email In Email Center (Doc ID 2314800.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Agent Console

 Getting the following error while trying to open particular email from agent console

ERROR
-----------------------
"java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column IEM"."IEM_MSG_PARTS"."PART_NAME" (actual: 85, maximum: 80)"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue cannot be reproduced at will for but can be observed by following the below sequence of steps
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Oracle Email Center Agent Console Responsibility
3.Navigate to Messages Tab
4.Open the email with issue
See the error
