Goal

 The goal of this document is to complement the steps, including examples, on how to delete an application tier node as per instructions provided in section "5.4 Deleting an Application Tier Node" of note "Cloning Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 with Rapid Clone (Doc ID 1383621.1).

Solution
 1. Remove the run file system and patch file system configuration of the secondary application tier node.
 Case 1. Node is accesible.
 Case 2. Node is NOT accessible.
 2. Sync the OHS configuration on ALL the other nodes to remove references of the deleted node.
 3. Review and update the value of the context variable 's_shared_file_system' on the master node.
 4. Run AutoConfig on the database tier.
 5. Delete the contents of the file system.
