When attempting to process a life event, the following error occurs:
APP-BEN-92403: When determining pay periods, a payroll id is required. This error has occurred in the following package : ben_distribute_rates.get_periods_between.
The issue happens even when the affected person has a payroll defined in his/her employee assignment.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query the employee in question.
3. Select Process Life Events from the Desktop Activities drop down menu > click the Commit and Proceed button.
