Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Email notifications from OTM are not being received and the following error is observed in the log:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to be able to receive email notifications from OTM successfully with no errors.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Trigger an email notification from OTM (i.e. through an automation agent)
2. The email will not be received for the respective contact and the error will be seen in the exception log.
