Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Account Details

While navigating to Customer Account Summary in iReceivables, the following error message appears:

ERROR

Access Denied

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: iReceivables
2. Query for customer number, then hit Go
3. Select the account summary link and the error message appears

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the data.
