Symptoms
In the cross docking scenario it is expected to create a single shipment for the second leg, however two shipments are created due to the lowest cost.
This is occurring despite of the parameters MULTISTOP COST SAVING CHECK TYPE = "3.Do not perform cost savings check" and MULTISTOP FAVOR SAME SHIP WITH GROUP = "FALSE".
