ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Setup the processing constraints to generate version, however, when update max quantity agreed attribute for BSA line, the agreement version did not get generated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

processing constraints can be triggered to generate version

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup the processing constraints to generate version
2. update max quantity agreed attribute for BSA line
