Unable To Change Managerial Approver Second Time (Doc ID 2316648.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform Manage Approvals, the following error occurs.
Please note!!!: AME is working perfectly fine in getting the required approvers for the first time, only when Requester overrides the Approver via Change Manger, we encounter issue. That too, the error is raised while changing the Approver for the second time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Create Requisition from user 101990224 PR 5019007
Step 2: Click Manage Approvals and Change Managerial Approver
Step 3: Submit
Step 4: Again Click Manage Approvals and Change Managerial Approver
 System Throws the error Approval List could not be generated Please contact your system administrator to review AME rules setup.
