Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Operator Workbench
When attempting to click on the Details link on the Operator Workbench: Worklist form,
the following error occurs.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.gmo.instruction.kiosk.server.KioskInstanceInstructionProcessAM'

oracle.adf.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: Unable to find component with absolute reference = /oracle/apps/gmo/instruction/kiosk/webui/InstanceInstructionProcessPG, XML Path = {1}. Please verify that the reference is valid and the definition of the component exists either on the File System or in the MDS Repository.
: XML-20108: (Fatal Error) Start of root element expected.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Process Shop Floor Operator
2. Navigate to the Touchscreen Workbench
3. On the Operator Workbench: Worklist form, try to click the Details link for a given user and see the error messages mentioned above.
