After RPC5 Patch Poor Performance When Approving Purchase Orders

After applying RPC5 patch there is a performance issue trying to approve PO documents with many lines and form hangs after 5-6 minutes.  The user then needs to kill the forms session manually and login again to continue working in the application

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open and create PO
2. Click Approve button
