On : 12.2.4 Production Resources Definition & Booking

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Special character is displayed in Resource Name when use double byte character in Japanese


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. (N) 3D2E Oracle Learning Administrator responsibility -> Resources
2. Select the fourth record (write in Japanese)
3. After selecting the resource type, the user enter double byte characters
    in Resource Name and click the search button
4. Special character is displayed in Resource Name
