Mass Order Cancellation Fails if One Order Cannot be Cancelled (Doc ID 2317329.1)

Goal

When mass cancelling sales order lines, the entire process fails if just one order has lines that cannot be cancelled.
One's expectation is - all orders that have no issues should be cancelled successfully and only those with lines in invalid status should fail.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE:

  1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User 
  2. Select multiple orders from Order Organizer.
  3. Go to Actions -> Cancel
  4. The entire process fails if just one order has lines that cannot be cancelled.
