India Check Process OM/INV Should not Run if Interface Trip Stop Completes Warning (Doc ID 2317388.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, GST Order Management

Two Invoice Number are generated for one Delivery.
If Interface Trip Stop goes in warning, the India Check Process OM/INV should not be run for that Delivery.
If some lines are stuck in Shipping for balance line GST Invoice Number generated
and after running ITS again, for the same delivery new GST Numbers are created for the lines which are previously stuck.

So for the same TRX_ID it is creating TWO GST Invoice.
Hence "India - Check Delivery OM/INV Interface" should not be run for the delivery for which all the Delivery Details ID are not completely closed.

If any delivery's interface trip stop goes in "warning", the India - Check OM/INV should not run for those delivery
