Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.3 version, Documentation issues

When attempting to Checkin content,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Not all of the documents you selected were processed


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. select document(s) to be checked out/in
2. choose documents -> checkin/checkout
3. see error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully check out or check in all documents.
