Undo Accounting not Creating Expenditure Items in Projects for a specific OU.
It was observed that certain accounting data fixes are not creating expenditure items in Projects, when it is expected that they would.
When an accounting GDF (Generic Data Fix) patch 16294182 was applied, it creates a manual reversal to the original accounting entry (also referred to as undo accounting) and then created a new accounting entry. The undo accounting did not get interfaced to Projects, but both the initial and the recreated accounting did get interfaced, so there is a duplication, as the expenditure item from the original entry and the expenditure item from the recreated entry are identical and there is no expenditure item relating to the undo accounting entry.
