When attempting to click login assistance / forgot password button, the following error occurs:


Message not found. Application: FND, Message Name: UMX_LOGIN_HELP_UNEXPECTED_ERROR.
No method with signature - No method with signature - forgottenPassword(class java.lang.String, class java.lang.String)

Changes

 UMX patches were recently applied to the instance with the issue, or AD/TXK Delta-9 patches were recently applied.
