OPH: No Validation Messages Shown To User When Updating Item Lot Expiration and Shelf Life Attributes for Non Lot Controlled Items, Howver , Attributes Not Updated

On : 12.2.5 version, Catalog items
User is trying to update lot expiration and shelf life attributes for a non-lot controlled item. The changes are not saved, but no error message is shown to let the user know that it was not accepted, or why.
Error message similar to forms should be shown to user. "The Expiration cannot be set until Lot Control is turned on"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the Lot Expiration and Days for Item TEST-001, but not the Lot Control. In Product Hub, I can set the values, but they are not saved.
This was working only from "Master Items" form.
