User Cannot Update Task Details

Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT
On Release 12.2.6 version, Other Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Users can update Task, they are Not the owner or assignee of that Task.

How can users be restricted to the Task owner or assignee of the Task

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
User expect the Restrict update to Task based on the setting to the System Profiles.

Task Manager : Restricted Task Update : Yes
Task Manager : Set Context Data Security : Security Access.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on to Application
2. Select Responsibility: Supplier Data Librarian Super User ->
3. Navigation: Supplier Home ->> Search the Supplier ->>
4. Click: "Update" ->> Click: "Task" ->>
5. Users can update Task , that they Not the owner or assignee of that Task.
6. The Client has tried setting to following System Profiles below.
    Task Manager : Restricted Task Update : Yes
    Task Manager : Set Context Data Security : Security Access.
7. But this still shows the complete list of Task from all users?

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are Not Restricted to update Task regardless of owner or assignee of the Task.
