Goal

A user has a shopping cart that is stuck and is unable to save the cart or progress the cart in any manner to initiate a new shopping cart.

In looking at the HTML page, the following error occurs:


             java.lang.NullPointerException
  at oracle.apps.icx.por.schema.server.TaxHelper.prepareCalculateTaxARRAYs(TaxHelper.java:2483)
  at oracle.apps.icx.por.schema.server.TaxHelper.calculateTax(TaxHelper.java:545)
  at oracle.apps.icx.por.schema.server.TaxHelper.calculateTaxIfNecessary(TaxHelper.java:1584)
 

Need to clear the shopping cart of all items
