Slow Performance Opening Change Manager Notification (HR_CHG_COST_LOC_MGR_JSP_PRC) (Doc ID 2318883.1)

Problem Statement:

The Change Manager Approval Notification is taking long time to Open or some times the application freezes.

It also throws below error some times:

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, <SYSADMIN_EMAIL_ADDRESS> and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log."


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in using 'Manager Self Service' Responsibility.

2. Navigate to Function 'Change Manager'.

3. Key in the change manager details and submit the same for approval.

4. When the manager tries to open the Approval Notification (HR_CHG_COST_LOC_MGR_JSP_PRC), the same takes too much time or it is just freezing the page (Performance Issue).
