IStore Not Allowing Guest Users To Browse The Site (Doc ID 2319028.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
You have two B2B sites, both set to Allow un-registered users to browse the site.
Assigned IBE_CUSTOMER responsibility to GUEST user but while trying to go to any of the following url, iStore does not load the catalog home page, instead it takes to seeded login page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

iStore should allow the guest user browsing if the site setup is enabled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set un-registered users to browse the site to yes
2. Use the site link given above
3. Its redirecting to login page.
