When attempting to save the added sales order line
the following error occurs.

Note: XLE call raised Error.
Note: User-Defined Exception in Package OM_TAX_UTIL Procedure tax line.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Save the added sales order line for particular new created OU
