Get "No eligible material found" Message When Attempting to Pack Into LPN Using Packing Workbench For RMA

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Oracle Warehouse Management, Packing Workbench is showing the message "No eligible material found" when the user is trying to query an RMA line after performing one of the following set of transactions on the line:

(A)
1. Receive quantity on Desktop UI
2. Pack this qty in an LPN on the Packing Workbench
3. Inspect the LPN on Desktop UI.

(B)
1. Receive quantity on Desktop UI
2. Pack this qty in an LPN on the Packing Workbench
3. Unpack the LPN on the Packing Workbench
4. Inspect the unpacked qty on Desktop UI.

(C)
1. Receive RMA quantity in an LPN in a receiving sub/loc on mobile
2. Inspect the LPN on Desktop UI



STEPS
------------
1. Create a Sales order with two lines and Ship confirm
2. Create an RMA for the same sales order.
3. Perform a Receipt of the RMA via Desktop and receive the two lines
4. Using packing workbench, pack the two lines into an LPN , say LPN A
5. Now users perform the Inspection successfully on one of the Lines in the RMA via the Desktop. Receive a message "LPN will be unpacked.... "
6. Now users go to packing workbench and try to pack this unpacked Line
7. Users try to query on the packing wobkenvh by RMA# but system does not show this line to be packed into LPN.
Users get the "No eligible material found" message.
