Symptoms

BI Publisher Standalone 12.2.1.2, Running BIPCatalogUtil.sh fails with:

/u02/app/weblogic/middleware/wls12.2.1/bi/clients/bipublisher/BIPCatalogUtil.sh -exportfolder catalogpath=/gmas subfolders=true extract=true overwrite=true
Error: A JNI error has occurred, please check your installation and try again
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/xml/parser/v2/XMLDocument
