GST-Non-Recoverable Tax Is Expense Out In First Distribution Line only (Doc ID 2319517.1)

Symptoms

 On 12.1.3 when an invoice is created with a single line and with multiple distribution lines, the tax amount is hitting only the first line.

For e.g created invoice XXXXX with below details
Invoice line - 500000
Under that line there are 2 distributions i.e
1st distribution with 400000
2nd distribution has 100000

Both of these distribution lines has different expense accounts.

Now when tax line is created, the tax amount is calculated on total 500000. But it is hitting the whole tax amount against the account of the first distribution line
