UK: Cannot derive new emps pay Stoppage Generated in Statutory Payments after Entering New Statutory Absence (Doc ID 2319553.1)

After entering an UK absence (for example Paternity Adoption) absence, when checking the Statutory Payments it has been observed that AWE (Average Earnings Amount) value is wrongly shown as 0.00 and Stoppage is incorrectly generated:
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under UK HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to SSP/SMP/SAP/SPP > Person Details > Query for employee > Others > Paternity Adoption > Enter Paternity Adoption details and Save.
3. Click on Declaration button and enter the following valid declaration.
4. Click on Absence button and enter the following Absence details.
5. Click on Statutory Payments button and observe the following:
AWE (Average Earnings Amount): 0.00 
Stoppages: Cannot derive new emps pay
