Requistiion Pool Breadcrumb Link (at BWC) Not Working

Symptoms

In Purchasing Buyer Work Center, when a user finds a requisition line in the pool and
press the requisition link, it opens as expected. If users wants to return to the pool again and
presses the link (breadcrumb), the screen is stuck on the requisition details and nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log into Purchasing Responsibility.
2. Navigate to BWC, Requisitions.
3. From the Demand Workbench search for a requisition and open it to view the details.
4. To navigate back, clicked on the " Requisitions: Demand Workbench > " but users stay on the page itself.
