Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
"ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded" error when running PM concurrent program
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
"ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded" error should not occur when running PM concurrent program
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1). Navigate to Enterprise Asset Maintenance Responsibility
2). Preventive Maintenance -> Generate work orders
3). Select appropriate EAM org
4). Run concurrent request by only entering start date and cut off date
5). See above error
