Problem Statement:

Error while attaching the TDS Tax Category -
 APP-FND-01206 This record already exists. you entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must be unique for every record

Steps to reproduce the Issue:

1. Navigate to Payables responsibility -->Invoices --> Entry --> Invoices

2. Enter the Invoice details and Save the data or Query the existing invoice.

3. Navigate to Tools --> TDS Tax Details

4. Attach Section Code , Tax Category and Save the data. On Saving reported error appears

Business Impact:

Unable to generate the TDS Invoice and Credit memo.
