Error "ORA-20002: 2018: Unable to generate the notification XML" When OM Approval Notification Mails are Sent (Doc ID 2319998.1)

On : 12.1.1 version, Workflow Mailer

OM Quote approval notifications are not sent via email, only Worklist notifications are seen.

From the output of the wfmlrdbg.sql, the following Errors were displayed.
