Symptoms
While running the 'Allocate checklists and tasks process', the following error is raised in the process log:
ERROR
ORA-20226: An invalid approver has been encountered while processing the action type supervisory level. Please verify the setup and the approvers used in current action type. Invalid approver originating system PER and originating system ID <person_id>

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Checklist setup using Offboarding LE with AME based on Supervisory level.
2. Navigation :Processes and Reports > submit processes and reports.
3. Submit 'Allocate checklists and tasks process'.
4. Above error is noticed in the process log.
