Symptoms

While upgrading to 12.2.7 the following error is encountered:

Uploading from the data file /u01/oracle/QA/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pa/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/papsta.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/***/oracle/**/***/*******/****/pa/12.0.0/patch/115/import/paprjsta.lct(120.2), /***/******/**/***/*******/****/pa/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/papsta.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /***/oracle/**/***/*******/****/pa/12.0.0/patch/115/import/paprjsta.lct(120.2) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /***/oracle/**/***/*******/****/pa/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/papsta.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (PA_PROJECT_STATUSES APPROVED PROJECT , PA_PROJECT_STATUSES 1000 OPEN_ASGMT ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from staging tables
