On : 12.1.3 version, API Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Stop all other instance, programs on the same instance, and extended memory from 40G to 80G, then actual cost process ends after 30 hours.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
complete Actual cost process in 12 hours at longest
