Agent Dashboard: Screen Readability Issues Using Rich Text Editor In Notes

After upgrading from Release 12.0.6 to 12.2.5, the display of the existing note text is displayed as one line, so users need to scroll to read the whole text.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
> Login to Customer Support > Agent Dashboard page
> Select and click to open an existing SR
> Under History tab > Service Request Note added, the text of the existing added note is long and displayed as one line, so need to scroll to read the whole text.
