Screen Readability Issues Caused in Agent Dashboard Due to Using Rich Text Editor In Notes

On : 12.2.5 version, Installation & Upgrade Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After have upgraded from 12.0.6 to 12.2.5. , the display of the existing note text is displayed as one line , so need to scroll to read the whole text.See many other readability issues

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As in 12.0.6, to get the note text displayed in several lines, so can read the whole text without scrolling.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
> login to Customer Support > Agent Dashboard page
> Select and click to open an existing SR
> under History tab > Service request note added , the text of the existing added note is long and displayed as one line, so need to scroll to read the whole text.
