ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Running the Financial Tax Register report, the excel output shows strange format for special characters for Billing Partner Name
and Billing Site Address for different countries DE, SE, PL, FR.
When the report is extracted in txt file this issue does not exist, for example:
Excel format:
Credit Memo 21-Jan-17 Mærsk
Txt format:
Credit Memo 21-JAN-2017 Mærsk
The Output format option for this concurrent request RXZXPFTR is set to XLS format.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The excel report should contain the fields Billing Partner Name and Billing Site Address without special characters.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Tax Managers
2. Navigation: Requests > Run
3. Run the Financial Tax Register report

Due to this issue, users cannot use the Financial Tax Register.
