Encountering an error while trying to update in qp_list_headers table using QP_PRICE_LIST_PUB.Process_Price_List API
and/or while trying to manually update the price list in the prie list setup form. 
Error: Attribute global_flag is invalid. Please re-enter.

In this Document
 A) First determine if pricing security is enabled or disabled
 B) Run the following query to determine the values assigned to the price list header record.
 C) Check initial privileges on the price list(s) in question
 D) Grant maintain to Global
 E) Check privileges
 F) Enable pricing security
 G) Check Header of Price List
 H) Disable Pricing Security
 I) Test Updating Price List Header Record
