ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Punchout to iStore is missing Buyer Cookie in the setup request
Trying to configure the punchout to iStore from iProcurement or from third-party website Coupa.
While bringing back the cart punchout setup request cXML message returned from the iStore is missing the BuyerCookie tag in the PunchOutOrderMessage message -

<BuyerCookie><COOKIE></BuyerCookie>
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the tag for BuyerCookie to be passed in the PunchOutOrderMessage message.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iStore punchout from iProcurement or 3rd party Coupa

Due to this issue, parsing is failing for punchout to iProcurement or to 3rd party Coupa.
