When attempting to use the seeded Operand OP_ASSET_NET_BOOK_VALUE in a custom Formula on an Accounting Template,
the following error occurs in the Termination Transaction messages:

Unexpected error. (OKL_SQLcode=1)(OKL_SQLerrm=User-Defined Exception)
This function FN_ASSET_NET_BOOK_VALUE returns a null value. Please review the function.
Formula <custom_formula_name> returned an error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom Formula used the seeded Operand OP_ASSET_NET_BOOK_VALUE.
2. Use that Formula in an Accounting Template with the Transaction Type Termination.
3. Attempt to process a termination.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process these terminations.
