When attempting to apply Service Contracts <Patch 22496816> the following error occurs:

Patch 22496816 fails with Error calling FNDLOAD function

FNDLOAD APPS/***** 0 Y UPLOAD @FND:patch/115/import/afsload.lct @OKS:patch/115/import/US/oksmenu.ldt -

Calling FNDLOAD function.

Returned from FNDLOAD function.

Log file: /u01/ebs/fs_ne/EBSapps/log/adop/16/apply_20170906_023834/TEST/22496816/log/US_oksmenu_ldt.log
Error calling FNDLOAD function.

Time when worker failed: Wed Sep 06 2017 02:48:19

Manager says to quit.

Time when worker quit: Wed Sep 06 2017 02:48:20

AD Worker is complete.

Errors and warnings are listed in the log file

and in other log files in the same directory.
