Actual Behavior
FRM-40735, ORA-4062 occurs when submitting Multiple Organization Quantity Report (INVMRMQT)

Error
FRM-40735: POST-FORMS-COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. INV(N)Onhand, Availability > Multi-Organization Quantity
2. Add parameter and click Run
