An incorrect credit amount is generated upon Termination of Subscription Agreement contracts if a Line or Subline on the contract had already been terminated..
1. Using a Service Contracts Manager responsibility.
2. Open a Subscription Agreement contract that is in Active status and has had a Line or Subline already Terminated.
3. Terminate the contract as of the Start Date.
4. The Credit Amount shown is not equal to the total amount billed on the contract.
