Rebook On Upgraded Contracts having Asset In Upfront Tax State Does Not Calculate Tax, Taxes Are Zero (Doc ID 2321802.1)

During Rebook of upgraded 11i contract (in R12 instance) belonging Upfront state, if payment is changed,  then OLFM should pass changed amount to EBTax so that tax call happens (similar to Booking of new contract)

The RENT of upgraded contracts (asset in Upfront Tax state) was increased, expectation was there is a new Upfront Tax Billed / Finance Fee line with increased amount. After contract is passed, there is no tax call to vertex.
