DATAFIX: Order Header Workflows Are Stuck At APPROVE_RETURN_ORDER_NTF

Due to incorrect Header and Line workflow assignment for RMA Order Type, RMA order headers are stuck at APPROVE_RETURN_PROCESS/APPROVE_RETURN_ORDER_NTF.
RMA order headers are not stuck at APPROVE_RETURN_PROCESS/APPROVE_RETURN_ORDER_NTF workflow activity.
Steps to Reproduce
- Assign Header Type:Order Flow - Return with Approval and Line Type:Line Flow - Return for Credit with Receipt
- Create RMA and receipt the order.
- Order Header workflow is stuck as APPROVE_RETURN_PROCESS/APPROVE_RETURN_ORDER_NTF.
