Inspection Fails While Inspection LPN In MSCA

On : 12.1.3 version, Inbound Processing
Inspection transaction failed when inspecting a LPN with lot and serial controlled items in MSCA.
After click on Done button, system throws an error message
'Inspection failed. Please check log for details.'
The same process of Inspection works in case Item is only lot controlled and is not working if items are lot control as well as serial controlled at receipt.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Receive PO in MSCA & Generate LPN/Lot/Serial Numbers
Step 2: Perform Manual Drop against the received LPN in a Receiving locator
Step 3: Perform Inspection on LPN > get error
