On EAM - Enterprise Asset Management, 12.1.3 version, Work Execution - Performance

Poor performance being experienced via Work Order Simple Search (default search)

Expect fast response from simple search as there is a small number of work orders to be fetched

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintenance Super User > Work Orders
2. Simple Search click GO
3. Wait to get results.
